Hi everyone,
I do hope that Christmas brought you everything that you hoped for, whether that was a rest, family get togethers, time with friends, fun, laughter or new colouring supplies! For me I got all of those, so I am feeling very grateful and lucky.
I got some new books, pencils and color cubes and you will see flip throughs, unboxing and testing videos coming up in January, which I hope you will enjoy.
I have also decided to change things a bit with my videos and have a short tutorial first thing in the morning and something a bit longer in the afternoon. This means the Monday planner pages will also now be coming out in the afternoon. I think it should help things to make a bit more sense as all episodes of a series will come out at the same time of the day.
With regards to the planner, I am jointly hosting a year long event in Instagram for planner pages. It is a colour along and you are encouraged to share your completed planner pages. The rules are here. If you do not have Instagram (or even if you do!) you can share your pages with me on my Facebook page. You cannot post on my page, but you can comment, so I would suggest that when I share that weeks video, you can share your planner pages below. They do not have to be the right week, as I know some people like to get ahead or get may get behind.
If you watched my completed pages video yesterday, you will know that I am planning on finishing a selection of books this year. I am not really one for new years resolutions, as I always forget what they are and I am not even that much into New Year goal setting, but I do like to have some focus for my colouring and so having the aim of finishing certain books helps me with that. I would warn against having aims like this though if it puts you under pressure. Colouring should be fun and for me it is, even with some goals to focus on!
I would like to finish by thanking you for all your support last year. Many of you liked, commented, subscribed and followed, which is the perfect way to support me. Others of you went further and sent me messages, gifts and donations and your generosity was overwhelming. I feel so grateful to be part of such a generous, caring and happy community. Therefore, as well as sending you all a huge thank you, I would like to wish you all a very peaceful, prosperous, healthy, happy and most of all colourful new year.
Happy Colouring,
Rachel
