Hi Everyone,
My subscribers have made me so happy over the last few weeks, showering me with likes, follows, subscriptions, lovely comments and gifts. I feel so grateful to you all I am overwhelmed at the kindness of the colouring community. Having treated myself to Rita Berman’s new book – Meine Reise Dutch Europa (a sample picture is above), I have also now been gifted a big selection of new books. It is so exciting to have so much choice!
I now have copies of two of Kerby Rosanes books, Millie Marotta’s Secrets of the Sea and all of Johanna Basford’s books. I have been doing flip throughs of my new books and starting some tutorials in them too. It has been fun learning with you, as I am not used to colouring other artists works.
I have also been gifted new Derwent Chromaflow pencils as well so have been trying those out. I am so excited and grateful and it is so much fun having so many new things.
I have also done lots of tutorials for you as I have not had any work for the last two weeks. It has been lovely to get up to date with other jobs and have fun colouring as well. The boys are settling really well into college as well, so I have had some time alone again which makes it easier to record!
I hope that you have been enjoying the mix of Johanna Basford, Rita Berman, Dominika Stoppa and Kerby Rosanes tutorials I have been doing lately. It has been so much fun for me. All of the videos are on my YouTube channel and categorised by author or book so they should be easy to find. If you struggle to find any or want me to do any specific things, do let me know. I usually have at least a week or more videos made in advance and sometimes I have to learn techniques but I try to produce tutorials that are requested.
Next week I have a few parts of a Meine Reise Durch Europa Rita Berman page for you (the patisserie page), the rest of the Johanna Basford Lost Ocean lighthouse tutorial (sneaky peak picture above!) and a full-page Kerby Rosanes elephant picture. I also have some fun videos where I experiment with colouring enchantments gift tags.
