How to Pick a Colouring Page?

If, like me, you have a gazillion colouring books, then you may struggle to decide which page to colour when you are looking for something new to do. It can take up precious colouring time, flicking through books to find a page. There are some quick and easy ways that you can choose though.

  • Ask a family member of friend to pick for you.
  • Work through the books in page order.
  • Do a buddy colour with someone and let them choose the page.
  • Write the names of your books on seperate pieces of paper and numbers on other pieces. Draw out a book name and number and do that page.
  • Grab a book and just see what page it opens on.

If you do not want to do it randomly, then you could ask yourself a few questions instead –

Do you want a detailed or more open page?
Do you want a small or large page?
Do you want to do a background or not?
Are there particular items you are in the mood for colouring – people, buildings, flowers etc?
Do you have a colour scheme in mind?
Do you want to follow a tutorial or do it alone?

Hopefully, this will help you to reduce down the number of options that you have and allow you to make your choice easier.

It is worth noting that I release a colouring video daily on my YouTube channel and so you could always use the page I have been colouring to have a go at!
