This is a square book with double-sided images on it. All of the pictures are of sea creatures or plants and in the back there is a list of what they are. This means that you can look them up and colour them the correct colours if you wish to.
The paper is a good thickness so you should be able to use some pens without bleed through, but this is not something I have tested.
Some people find the intricate designs quite daunting, but I tend to colour without attending to every detail and this makes it a lot easier!
